I had my first consultation/session with Hannah in September. The whole facility looked really professional, giving off an 'I'm-at-the-dentist' kind of feel. Hannah was great at answering all of my questions like: "How much will it hurt" and "how many sessions do you think it would take for my tattoo to disappear completely?" She was friendly and patient during my consultation and never put any pressure on me to proceed with my first session. Once I committed, it was all over in about 10 minutes, which is a lot quicker than I expected considering how big my tattoo is. After she finished, she explained how to care for my tattoo, so that it will heal the best way possible. She was really good at making sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I can't wait for my second session!

Went for a free consult today and was very impressed! Very clean space and Hannah was welcoming when I walked in. Dustin seemed extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He didnāt sugar coat the āis it going to hurtā question; but it honestly wasnāt as bad as I was expecting. Excited to see the results of my tattoo removal!

From the moment I walked in it was nothing less than a completely positive experience! A very clean, friendly establishment that welcomes you, educates you, and gives you exactly what they say they will. It is two weeks later and what a difference! I have multiple appointments to go, but I have no doubt they will deliver! Less pain than getting my tattoo and healing is going exactly as explained! No problem!! A++ people!!! I would refer to anyone I know!

I recommend checking this place out.I went to Fallen Ink for a free consultation and ended up getting a session at the same time. (This was a huge bonus ā other tattoo removal shops that I contacted were a huge pain to try to schedule these both at the same time.) I had previously been going to a different tattoo removal shop for about 2 years. The removal wasnāt making any more progress at the other shop, so I set up an appointment here. The scheduling process is online and simple. Dustin is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My experience here is superior to the other shop I had been going to, and the overall process was easy and quick. If you're looking around at shops, I recommend going here for a consultation.

Fallen Ink is a nice, clean establishment. Hannah rocks! She was very professional and walked me through the process of the tattoo removal and the reasoning for her questions. I scheduled a free consultation and went in to just learn more and get a price estimate. Hannah explained things very clearly and made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I ended up having my first session that day, and I was very nervous. It was not as painful as I expected and was over very quickly! The whole process was actually very cool. I am looking forward to my next appointment, and I am excited to continue to watch my tattoo slowly disappear!

I went in for teeth whitening. Great location with free parking, nice environment for the 3 - 20 minutes applications (all in one session) I left with teeth whitened about 2.5 shades. Well worth it!

I really enjoyed my experience! I went in for my consultation, nervous and unsure. Everything was explained in thorough detail to me. Tried out my first session and I was extremely surprised as to how much easier it was then I thought it would be! I was nervous however she talked me through the whole thing, and it was over before I knew it. Not at all what I expected! I am really excited to go back!
